Andy’s military background has positioned him to deliver consistent organizational discipline, operating procedures, and security protocols. He has led the effort to standardize service delivery to accelerate the speed at which clients receive Fortress services.

Jess has over 28 years of IT, Security, and Governance experience with Fortune 1000 companies, implementing technologies to support business strategies.

As CTO, Jess is responsible for the strategic development of security technology and services to protect and serve our clients, and volunteers with professional, education, and industry forums to grow future IT, Security and Business professionals.

Kevin has been a leader in cybersecurity for 23 years, working in financial services both domestically and internationally, and has built an impressive repertoire of assessment, program development, and management skills.

As the CISO of Fortress, Kevin is responsible for its internal security program with a strategic influence on how Fortress views and executes security services for its clients.

Stephanie brings nearly 30 years of leadership and operational excellence to Fortress SRM. Her varied career includes streamlining operations for a small, locally owned VAR to co-development of a clinical research department at a nationally recognized university. 

At Fortress SRM, she guides Sales and Operations to success by validating that we provide industry leading security services to our clients.

Shawn is an engineer, accountant, and life-long learner that brings over 2 decades of cyber warfare experience and expertise to our team. His key focus is to assess and leverage new and emerging technologies to ensure client protection and success.

Shawn’s Army and security background at public and private institutions has taught him to quickly identify Technical, Functional, and Business requirements.

Christine brings 20 years of leadership in IT, management consulting and healthcare administration to Fortress SRM. Her varied career includes large-scale change management, IT transformation, strategic planning, specialized problem solving and business development, serving diverse clients including federal government agencies and a nationally recognized health care system.

At Fortress SRM, Christine is responsible for increasing visibility and awareness of Fortress SRM’s unique and impactful services, solutions and thought leadership, developing and strengthening client relationships and enhancing client experience.  Christine holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a graduate of Case Western Reserve University’s Cybersecurity Program.

Peter brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing leadership experience spanning national advertising and marketing agencies as well as the corporate side for companies in technology, media, automotive, aviation, and major league sports.

At Fortress SRM, Peter is responsible for expanding its presence in both existing and new markets and driving marketing strategy and brand awareness.

Chuck brings to Fortress SRM a deep understanding of the GRC landscape, coupled with decades of experience in cybersecurity technology, business continuity management, and business process design relevant to today’s most practical, proven IT disciplines. 

At Fortress SRM, Chuck is responsible for incorporating strategic, technical, and leadership duties related to cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance to shape and maintain our clients’ cybersecurity posture, from developing strategic plans to hands-on involvement in Security and GRC projects, and often performing as Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (VCISO). This role is essential in safeguarding an organization’s digital assets and sensitive information. Chuck’s mix of experience, education, and certifications make him an ideal resource for client consulting and VCISO engagements.

Noel has 20 years of leadership in IT, customer service, finance, and telecommunications, and provides leadership to our SOC teams to optimize performance.

Noel has a Masters’ in Business with a specialization in Management and is critical to the delivery of client services and service desk offerings. She is actively engaged in delivering technical solutions and ideas to current and future clients. 

Will brings leadership and security consulting experience including a comprehensive understanding of risk mitigation, governance, and business continuity to Fortress SRM.

At Fortress SRM, Will is responsible for the operational management of the Security Consulting practice and Incident Response and Technical Services teams. The Security Consulting practice reduces our clients’ IT risk and vulnerability footprint and provides a pathway to cyber resilience. The Incident Response and Technical Services teams provide guidance on containment, eradication, safe recovery, and risk management to client leadership during an incident response and proactively assess client IR capabilities to help improve and mitigate risks within the environment.

With nearly 15 years of IT experience, Nick brings a passion for cybersecurity to the Fortress SRM Security Operations Center with a broad range of IT and security industry experience.

At Fortress SRM, Nick is responsible for cybersecurity operations, delivering security outcomes to our clients, as well as developing new technology product offerings within the SOC that impact clients’ security.
