Andy was so much more than a leader—he was the heart and soul of Fortress SRM. His visionary leadership and unwavering commitment helped shape the company into what it is today.
Remembering Team Captain Andy Jones
Andy Jones was a local legend known for his unwavering dedication to the community.
One of his most cherished causes was the Pan Ohio Hope Ride, which supports The American Cancer Society.
Andy embarked on the POHR journey in 2011 to “do something meaningful” in memory of his mother and other loved ones affected by cancer. As the captain of the Agents of Hope team (formerly Team MCPc), he consistently motivated his team to push their limits and contribute more to the fight against cancer.
In honor of his wife Amy, who tragically lost her battle with cancer just a week before Andy’s passing, he intensified his commitment to Pan Ohio, rallying his team with the mantra “ALL IN for AMY.”
If you wish to honor Andy and Amy’s memory with a gift to the American Cancer Society, please consider making a donation through Andy's Agents of Hope team. Your contribution will help continue the fight against cancer in their names.

To those who knew Andy, he was a true motivator, a “real man of service,” a mentor, and a loyal friend. His teammates describe him as “the older sibling they never knew they needed.” He led by example, almost effortlessly and entirely without ego. And while Andy could sometimes appear gruff on the surface, he was fun-loving, quick with a smile, and able to easily bring a group to laughter.
