Role Description
The service desk analyst is responsible for reactive customer request management. Provides basic support and troubleshooting such as password resets, printer configurations, ticketing routing, and escalation. The position operates on a rotating schedule in support of operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Shift for this role: Various
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise on inbound calls and tickets generated by our customers
- Troubleshoot issues relating to: Windows domains and workgroups
- Windows networking (mapped network drives, shared folders, printers, etc.)
- User profile creation and modification
- Onsite Exchange and hosted Exchange environments (Office 365, Google Apps)
- Microsoft Office Suite (2007-2016)
- Windows 7/10, macOS
- Third party applications with the assistance of the vendors support staff
- Perform support remotely to our managed services customers using our remote monitoring and management tools
- Log time entries and notes for support and maintenance performed
- Ensure all tickets worked include the problem, the solution, the end-user, initiation and completion time, and end-user satisfaction

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Acquisition Manager to drive growth through the development and management of strategic channel partnerships, while also supporting direct sales initiatives as part of our outreach programs. This role is critical in expanding our MSSP's market presence by empowering partners, identifying joint opportunities, and delivering cybersecurity solutions that meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in channel sales, cybersecurity, technical strategy, and B2B go-to-market strategies, with the capability to balance partner management and direct sales support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Engagement & Expansion
- Build upon existing channel relationships to deepen alignment, trust, and strategic collaboration.
- Develop and execute partner development plans tailored to each partner's business model, market focus, and technical capabilities.
- Facilitate regular strategic planning sessions and business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and define joint initiatives.
- Collaborate with partners to refine and co-create solution offerings that incorporate our MSSP services (e.g., MDR, SIEM, Incident Response, vCISO).
- Identify whitespace opportunities within existing partnerships and design campaigns to penetrate new verticals or customer segments together.
Joint Sales Development & Support
- Collaborate with partners on account targeting, lead qualification, and opportunity pursuit.
- Support partner-led and partner-influenced sales cycles by providing subject matter expertise, marketing content, and technical support.
- Develop and manage a co-selling framework, ensuring clarity around roles, incentives, and value delivery across shared opportunities.
- Partner with internal sales teams to translate partner relationships into pipeline growth and revenue impact.
Technical & Marketing Enablement
- Deliver tailored enablement programs, including sales training, product updates, and solution briefings to partner sales and technical teams.
- Ensure partners are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively represent our services.
- Collaborate with business development to plan and execute joint campaigns, events, and content development (e.g., webinars, solution spotlights, use cases).
- Promote thought leadership and differentiation by empowering partners with timely cybersecurity insights, frameworks, and trends.
Program Optimization & Reporting
- Optimize internal processes to better support partner engagement, including deal registration, pipeline tracking, and lead handoffs.
- Maintain accurate partner records and deal flow using CRM and PRM tools.
- Analyze partner performance data to surface insights, track KPIs, and inform strategic decisions.
- Serve as a feedback loop between the partner community and internal product, service, and engineering teams.
Brand Advocacy & Industry Engagement
- Represent the company at key industry events, regional partner forums, and cybersecurity summits.
- Champion our brand and mission through collaborative storytelling and partner success narratives.
Strengthen market presence by identifying and supporting speaking, sponsorship, and co-branding opportunities with partners.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in channel management, sales, business development, or B2B strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of expanding revenue and market reach through collaborative channel partner programs.
- Strong relationship management skills with an emphasis on long-term growth and mutual success.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in CRM Solutions.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, technical, and executive teams.
